Prospective clients currently find themselves dealing with more than one manufacturing and/or distributing entity when endeavoring to find opening solutions to meet their design requirements. In some circumstances, accredited professionals are not available to adequately analyze and recommend correct and cost-effective products suited to the project at hand. In others, these professionals are called upon to provide “band-aid” solutions to poorly bid projects, after the fact. Customers are frustrated by the fragmentation of the door and door hardware industry’s deficiencies in this area and are begging for a “one-stop shopping” solution that will alleviate duplication of effort, errors, omissions and ultimately increased costs, in this strategic phase of project development.
